These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Basewallet Limited, an internationally registered company. Basewallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet — we do not hold your private keys or funds.

To use Basewallet, you must:

5. Fees & Charges
Basewallet charges fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the applicable fees.
- Network (gas) fees are paid to the blockchain network, not to Basewallet;
- Buying crypto carries a small spread (0.5–1%) included in the quoted price;
- Token swaps carry a 0.3% service fee plus network gas fees;
- Staking and portfolio tracking are free of charge;
- We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Basewallet to:
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal crypto activity;
- Violate any applicable law or regulation including crypto-specific regulations;
- Attempt to manipulate crypto markets or engage in wash trading;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems or smart contracts;
- Create false or misleading accounts;
- Use automated scripts or bots to trade without explicit written permission.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Basewallet shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
